• Body and tightening ring completely coated with high-quality thermosetting epoxy coating of a high quality and minimum thickness of 250 microns. Checks on the absence of porosity, on the impact resistance (3kV test) and on the quality of the protective film according to DIN 30677-2 and DIN 3476.
• Hydraulic seal independent from mechanical tightening realized by O-Ring.
• Anti-threading system by means of a high resistance plastic conical ring nut with a knurled profile.
• Protective cap to prevent the intrusion of foreign bodies in the conical seal and tight seat.
• External conical and internal parallel threads for sealing couplings according to EN 10226.
