This project consist in the Design, Procurement, Construction, Factory Acceptance Tests, Delivery of goods, Erection Site test, put into operation.
Specialty in this project is working without energy breaks for the consumers (like: families, hospitals, business, etc.). For this purpose we design and product two mobile substations in order to give power for all consumers 24 hours, during substation rehabilitation.

 Angular deflection of max. 8° per socket at installation (based on the middle of the range)
 Stainless steel A2 quality (AISI 304) or A4 quality (AISI 316) bolts, nuts and washers
 For all plastic pipes, the use of an insert stiffener (see accessories) is recommended and in some cases mandatory. Check our technical information.

Project: Supply of PCP Pump System for Oil&Gas Sector

VIBTIS concluded with success supply and supervision of installation for 8 PCP pump system. We are first Albanian company to provide similar service to the Oil&Gas sector. The system includes Drivehead, VFD, BOP, Rotor-Stator, Polished Rod, Polished Rod Alignment Tool, Ponny Rod, Downhole Tubing Anchor, Flange Adaptor. The customer decided to change their old pumpjack with the PCP pump. The new technology for extracting crude oil with PCP pump will help customer to increase production and decrease maintenance cost.
